Ron Detjen has been in real estate since 1977. He holds a broker's license and specializes in single family residential and income properties in the South bay area. He owns Horizon Escrow, Inc., an independent escrow company governed by the Department of Corporations. He holds a B.A. from Augsburg College, MN and an M.A. from Cal State Los Angeles.
Currently Ron is affiliated with ReMax Execs/Palos Verdes with locations throughout the South Bay. Ron is skilled in determining values of residential and income properties. He has successfully completed numerous 1031 exchanges and is knowledgeable about tenants in common purchases.
Ron is active in Christian Business Men’s Committee (past president), former director of Lomita Chamber of Commerce, council member of Kings Harbor Church in Torrance. Ron is married to Nancy and has four grown children and five grandchildren.
